These terms govern access to digiapps.co.in and enquiries made through it. By using the website you agree to these terms. A statement of work, quotation accepted in writing, or other contract for services prevails over these website terms if there is a conflict, except for clauses that cannot be varied by agreement under Indian law.

Unless we confirm a specific Microsoft partner, CSP or reseller appointment in writing, you must not treat this website as a representation that DigiApps Solutions is an authorised Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider or reseller. Cloud subscription assistance is advisory and procurement support as described on the relevant service page.
Submitting a form does not create a contract. We may accept, decline or request more information. A contract is formed when we confirm in writing (including email) and, where we require it, you pay an agreed advance. Prices of third-party cloud, domain, SSL and hosting products may change and are quoted separately or passed through as incurred.
You must provide accurate information, lawful content, and timely access, approvals and materials we reasonably need. You remain responsible for your licences, data backups you have not contracted us to keep, and for using services in accordance with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, submit malware, scrape at a volume that harms the service, or use forms for spam or deception. We may rate-limit, block or report abusive traffic.
Website content, branding and the DigiApps logo belong to DigiApps Solutions or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Client software, content and data remain owned as set out in the project agreement. Third-party names (including Microsoft, Azure and Android) are trademarks of their owners.
The public website is an information and enquiry channel provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, including loss of profit or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that Indian law does not allow to be limited. Liability under a services contract is as stated in that contract.
If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, these terms do not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded. Business-to-business engagements are commercial contracts.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable consumer rights, courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You and we will first attempt to resolve disputes by good-faith discussion via info@digiapps.co.in.
